Dolphin Cottage sleeps 5
Downstairs:
Kitchen/dining room: large, well equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, washer and dryer, dining table to seat 6/8.
Very spacious sitting room with television (freeview), DVD and stereo. From the sitting room there is a French door to the balcony.
Large, south facing balcony with spectacular sea views.
Family room sleeps 3 in 2 single beds plus pull out bed. TV (for dvd only).
Bathroom.
Upstairs:
Double bedroom with ensuite shower room.
Juniper Cottage sleeps 6
Panoramic sea views through patio doors with distant mountains as a back drop. With the white cottage exterior and sunny climate, you can sit outside or indoors and watch the ever changing sea below.
Downstairs:
Spacious and comfortable open plan kichen/dining/living area (with TV, video, dvd and stereo). Well equipped kitchen including washing machine, dryer, microwave and dishwasher,fridge and freezer. The sitting area takes full advantage of the view through large, clear glass, patio doors.
Double bedroom with views over Moray Firth.
Bathroom with bath and shower.
Upstairs:
Family bedroom with 3 single beds and 1 roll out bed if extra beds is needed.
Great cottage for familes with younger children and also for couples!
Outdoors each cottage is separated by a trelis allowing for privacy and shelter.
Garden table and chairs are provided whether for al fresco dining on long sunny evenings or sitting out with a glass of wine.
Farmhouse sleeps 10
Historic stone built farmhouse with large, private enclosed gardens, hot tub and summerhouse.
There are unbelievable panoramic sea views from this detached farmhouse. All bedrooms have spectacular sea views.
Downstairs:
Spacious kitchen/dining room with large table seating up to 10. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and hob with oven. As you come into the entrance there is a porch with washing machine and dryer.
Living room with huge comfy sofas and a wood-burning stove. There is a large supply of books, dvd’s and games plus I Pod docker and a large TV with sky package. The dining room also has a TV for the times when you can’t agree on what to watch.
Double bedroom with ensuite walk in shower room.
Twin attic room accessed by spiral staircase from double bedroom.
Upstairs:
Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
Family bedroom sleeping 4 in a double bed and single bed with second pull out bed and adjacent shower and wc.
The farmhouse backs onto a very large enclosed garden with seating area and hot tub. There is also a summerhouse, perfect for barbecues or to enjoy a glass of wine in a peaceful hideaway.
Dogs by arrangement for a £20 charge.

There are many delightful walks in the area, suitable for families as well as serious walkers. Walk along the spine of the Millbuie through the Fairy Glen to Rosemarkie beach on the six mile Rosemarkie - Fairy Glen circular walk or from Cromarty, walk the scenic two miles to McFarquhar's Cave (best at low tide) which was once used for smuggling. | |
The beach at Rosemarkie has sandy stretches as well as rock pools and a beach cafe. Walk further along to Eathie to find rock pools caves and fossils - take care not to get cut off at high tide. From Cromarty or better still Chanonry Point you can spot the bottlenose dolphins, especially on the incoming tide. |
