Downstairs:

Porch/Utility: A good-sized entrance room that has plenty of coat and boot space, a washing machine, tumble dryer and clothes airer.
Kitchen/dining room: This welcoming room has been carefully designed with catering in mind so that dining can be a relaxing affair. Fully equipped with high quality appliances including a large fridge, separate freezer, electric oven, 6-burner gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker, this superb kitchen is a joy to use. However, if you still don’t feel inspired to cook then why not let us help out - we also have a catering service. The antique dining table easily seats 6-8 people and the huge arched windows overlook spectacular views across the Spey valley. On warmer days, it’s possible to dine outside where the only noise is from the birds and the breeze rustling in the trees.
Sitting-room: Guests can retire to a truly magnificent sitting-room that features a high vaulted ceiling and wonderful trompe l’oeil wall murals. With its wood burning stove, comfortable sofas upholstered in tweed (one converts into a double bed), antique furniture and large collection of books, this lovely room provides the ideal retreat to relax with a dram at the end of the day.
An adjoining sunroom, again tastefully furnished in traditional fabrics, offers stunning views and adds to the already fantastic living space.
Bedroom 1, en-suite: This spacious room has elegant décor and glorious views towards the Cromdale Hills. The continental sized twin beds are extra long and can be linked together to form one superking bed if preferred. There’s pure cotton bedlinen and a choice of feather or fibre-filled pillows to help you enjoy a goods nights sleep. In the adjoining luxury bathroom you’ll find everything you need, including unlimited hot water and even a shelf of good books.
Cloakroom/W.C.: A separate downstairs cloakroom/W.C. is provided in addition to the bedroom en-suite facilities.

Upstairs:
Bedroom 2, en suite: This large, delightfully furnished room has coombed ceilings (plenty of headroom in the middle), Velux roof light and a large picture window at the gable end. The extra long, continental sized twin beds can be linked together to form one superking bed if preferred. There’s fine quality bed-linen, a collection of books and comfortable leather armchairs. The adjoining shower room is beautifully designed with excellent facilities and complimentary toiletries.
Bedroom 3, en suite: Across the wide landing from Bedroom 2 is a third spacious bedroom, simply yet beautifully furnished. The 5ft luxury bed has gorgeous bedlinen and offers lavish comfort. A 3ft fold-out bed can be added to this room if twin beds are preferred. From the windows there are far reaching views across the Spey valley to the south, while on the north side, roe deer can often be seen in the woods just behind the Lodge. A small but perfectly formed shower room goes with this room with power shower, heated towel rail and fluffy towels.

Outside: From the kitchen a patio door opens onto a fully fenced south-facing garden at the rear of the lodge, ideal for relaxing and outdoor dining. Garden furniture is provided. If you fancy a leisurely stroll you can wander across the fields to the River Spey, only a short distance away, or explore the miles of tracks within the 800 acres of forest adjacent to the lodge. For those keen on a longer walk, access to the world-famous Speyside Trail is just a few minutes walk from the door.

Dogs:
Up to two dogs may be accepted by prior arrangement. There is a large fully-fenced garden accessed from the lodge kitchen. Dogs may enjoy wonderful field, forest and riverside walks straight from the door.

Children:
Children under 10 years may be accepted by prior arrangement.

Housekeeping:
Daily housekeeping is available if required, and is mandatory for some groups.
